FM/AM tuner using junction FET and 4-row varicon.

The high-frequency amplifier circuit consists of a newly developed junction FET and a four link varicon, a stable local oscillator circuit and an FET mixer circuit.

A 2-element solid-state filter is used for the intermediate frequency amplifier circuit, and accuracy is improved by the use of IC.

The MPX circuit employs a high-integration IC and a newly developed coil unit exclusively for IC.

The AM tuner uses a triple tune IFT including a high-integration IC solid-state filter.

Large dial and regular interval scale are adopted.

The low-pass filter allows recording without carrier leak or beat.

Equipped with an output terminal that can check multipath.

Equipped with a multi-path switch that changes the signal meter to a multi-path indicator.

In preparation for FM4-channel broadcasting, an FM discriminator output terminal is mounted.

Equipped with a dedicated terminal for 75 Ω coaxial connector.

Equipped with a high blend circuit.
