Commentary

An ES series speaker system developed for surround sound reproduction.

Two 12 cm cone type woofers are installed in the lower range.
Polypropylene cone is used for the diaphragm, and large magnet of 80 mm diameter is used for this unit to realize more faithful movement of the diaphragm.

A 1.9 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.

Each unit has an anti-magnetic design.

For the baffle plate of the enclosure, UP-GF material, which is unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, is BMC molded.
The UP-GF material is strong and has an appropriate internal loss, and is effective in reducing unnecessary vibration of the baffle plate. Moreover, it is hard to generate resonance over a wide frequency range, so it can obtain an honest sound with little colorization. In addition, since BMC molding is relatively easy to process complicated shapes, design can be done freely considering acoustic aspects.
16 mm thick MDF board is used for the cabinet material.

Uses a gold plated terminal that supports banana plugs.

There was a speaker stand sold separately.
