Commentary
In order to fully enjoy the sound of rock and fusion, this speaker system uses special new technology and aims at reproducing musical instruments and vocals with a rich sense of rhythm.
It has a 20 cm cone woofer in the low range and a 10 cm cone midrange in the middle range.
Aiming for sharp sound, it uses cone paper which is stronger than conventional paper by using special laminate technology.
The high-frequency band is equipped with a 2.5 cm dome type tweeter made of biocellulose, which is also used in the La Voce series.
Biocellulose is a fiber produced by a bacterium called Acetobacter. It is extremely thin (more than 10 microns) and light but has a very thin fiber structure of about 1/1000 of paper. It has a sound propagation speed of about 3 times that of paper. It also has a resonance sharpness of about 24, which is about 1/10 of that of aluminum. It is almost equivalent to that of paper.
The enclosure uses a time alignment system in which the sound source position of each unit is arranged on the same plane by providing a step by curved surface processing, which improves sound image localization and sound field feeling while maintaining good directional characteristics.
There was a speaker stand sold separately.
