Commentary

An improved AL series speaker system for SACD.

A 13 cm cone type woofer based on the SS-AL5 unit and further improved is mounted in the low range.

A newly developed 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
This unit uses a carbon-graphite composite diaphragm, enabling ultra-high frequency reproduction up to 70 kHz.

It is a magnetic resistant design.

The network section is independent of the high and low frequencies.

The enclosure uses curved baffle plates that take advantage of Alflex's advanced wood processing technology, and the rounded sides provide natural diffraction of sound.
High-rigidity laminated plywood with a maximum thickness of 32 mm is used for the plate material, and high-rigidity maple material is used for the front baffle. In addition to the high rigidity, delicate tuning is applied to the beams and reinforcing materials inside so as to have an appropriate sound, and high-speed response is achieved.

A speaker terminal for bi-wiring is used for the rear terminal.

Comes with a special insulator.

There was a speaker stand sold separately.
