Commentary
A compact speaker system that inherits the same policy as the G Series.
In a small speaker, the temperature near the voice coil can reach as high as 160 ℃. If power is applied for a long period of time, the connection between the voice coil and cone paper will be adversely affected. To solve this problem, the SS-5GX has a heat pipe connected from near the voice coil to the heat sink on the back of the SS-5GX, which radiates heat with a thermal conductivity several hundred times that of a metal rod of the same diameter.
A 13 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses a special rubber edge, and the magnesium die-cast frame reduces mechanical resonance.
A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
Large-diameter inductors and Mylar capacitors are used in the network section.
The unit layout adopts a plum-in-line method, and the sound source is unified into a straight line to improve the orientation and directional characteristics.
