Commentary
A speaker system equipped with an electrostatic tweeter.
A 17 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The Woofer uses a motional feedback (MFB) system that constantly checks the speaker's movement with a sensor and adjusts it in real time to achieve more faithful driving.
Sony's own electrostatic tweeter is installed in the high-frequency range.
This unit has a structure that drives an ultra-lightweight diaphragm (vibration membrane) with a thickness of 6 μ m by static electricity, and realizes expressiveness at a minute level and response to changes in music signals.
Each unit has an independent bi-amplifier, and an R-core transformer is installed in the power supply.
It can also be connected to a common pre-main amplifier by the included adapter.
