Commentary
This recording / re-reverse deck is equipped with an LC-OFC wound laser amorphous head and bias frequency shift up.
Amorphous alloys with excellent magnetic properties are used for the core material of the recording / reproducing head, and an LC-OFC-wound laser amorphous head with LC-OFC is used for the head winding. The LC-OFC has a large oxygen-free copper crystal with a purity of 99.995% or more, reduces distortion due to capacitive reactances, and realizes excellent SN ratio and high-frequency characteristics.
By using super-bias and shifting the bias frequency to a higher band, it is possible to handle digital sources that contain high frequency components close to the limit of the audible band.
Equipped with a direction mode switch, you can choose between two types of tape running modes : single-sided recording / playback, double-sided recording and double-sided continuous playback.
A level meter with FL tube display is used for the level meter that displays the real-time level.
In addition, a digital counter with FL tube display is used for the tape counter, which is used as an indication of the tape running amount. This counter performs subtraction counting in the reverse mode and negative counting when it passes 0.00.
In addition, it is also possible to use a memory stop with an operating point of 0.00 and to continue playing.
