Commentary

This is a cassette deck for volunteers with a microphone input that was developed and designed to create recorded books with a follow-up recording function and 3-speed playback function.
The TC-RX2000T was developed under the request and plan of the National Association of information provision facility for the Visually impaired.

Equipped with a monaural microphone input, monaural recording suitable for reading recording is possible.
When recording, simply insert the microphone plug into the microphone jack (standard jack) on the front of the unit to switch from line input (stereo) to microphone input automatically.

Equipped with a follow-up recording function, you can record continuously from the middle of a recorded tape, such as when recording again due to misreading.
While listening to the same part in equilibrium while listening to the playback sound through headphones, and quickly switch from playback to recording when you reach the corrected part.

It is equipped with an AMS (Automatic Music Selection) function that can detect and count the unrecorded portion of the tape and easily call up the desired chapter recorded on the tape.
You can find up to 30 chapters in front and back from the current playback and play them automatically.

In addition to the standard 4.8cm/s, you can play at 2 x (9.6cm/s) and 1/2 x (2.4cm/s).
You can also adjust the playback speed (1 x to 2 x) at standard and 1/2 x speeds.

It is equipped with a recording muting function that enables you to create approximately four seconds of unrecorded portion on a tape, a CD sync function that enables you to record from a CD using a remote control in combination with a Sony CD player, an autoplay function that returns to the beginning of the tape and automatically starts playback, and a memory play function that returns to any part of the tape and automatically starts playback.

Equipped with cassette stabilizer and power loading mechanism to suppress vibration of the cassette.
In addition, it is equipped with a linear electronic counter with subtraction function that digitally displays the tape running time (minutes and seconds) and allows you to check the remaining amount of tape at a glance.

Equipped with a display on / off function that turns off the display of the main unit.

Only the TypeI cassette can be used for recording.
