Commentary
The mechanism of TC-R7-2 is left as it is, and only the head block is a tape deck with four tracks.
F & F head is used for the head.
In addition, the SN ratio, distortion factor characteristics and frequency characteristics have been improved by the direct coupling method in which the head and the reproducing amplifier are directly connected.
The capstan uses a servo motor that incorporates an FG frequency detection system servo to achieve stable rotation.
In addition, the reel motor is equipped with a dedicated motor for both feeding and winding, and the stable tape running characteristic of three motors is realized.
The tape drive system uses the well-established closed-loop dual capstan system, which improves driving accuracy and reduces modulation noise.
The tape travel button uses a feather-touch logical control system directly connected to an electromagnetic solenoid.
