Commentary

A 3-head deck that uses Lapis and Dolby S.

Equipped with Dolby S NR as a noise reduction system. With the introduction of Dolby SR technology used in professional equipment and precise signal processing, tape noise is reduced to approximately 1/16.
In addition, the breathing phenomenon characteristic of NR is suppressed by finely controlling the pitch and pitch of sound.

The Lapis (sapphire capstan base) system, which uses sapphire with high hardness and low friction coefficient for the bearing of the capstan motor, maintains stable running accuracy over a long period of time.

Single-crystal oxygen-free copper (ESC-OCC) wires with a purity of 99.997% or more are used throughout the circuit.

It uses a midship mechanical system with a heavy mechanical deck placed in the center of the front panel to reduce the adverse effect of chassis distortion on sound.

Vibration is absorbed by using high-rigidity, high-density fine ceramic composite material for the cassette holder, and accuracy is improved by using aluminum extruding material for the cassette lid.

It is equipped with a cassette stabilizer. When the tape is loaded, the stabilizer inside the cassette door fixes the half of the tape and suppresses the vibration of the tape. In addition, TC-K710S uses a sorbocein material with excellent vibration absorption.

Equipped with the Dolby HX-PRO, the bias current is controlled in increments of one thousandth of a second according to the frequency and level of the signal to maintain linearity in the high frequency range.

Equipped with FL linear counter with subtraction function.

The TC-K710S reduces beat noise and intermodulation distortion by increasing the bias frequency to 160 kHz. The bias frequency is separated from the audio signal band to reduce interference caused by the bias.

It is equipped with an auto monitor function, and the monitor sound is automatically switched from source to tape when you press play button.

Equipped with multi-AMS, it is possible to cue up to 30 songs before and after based on the song being played.

Wireless remote control is included.
