Commentary
A cassette deck equipped with linear electronic counter and Dolby NR / C type.
Equipped with a Dolby NR / C type noise reduction system.
The C-type has achieved noise reduction equivalent to three times that of the B-type, suppressing the breathing phenomenon. In addition, the C-type has improved the high-frequency characteristics of the tape. At the same time, it is equipped with a circuit that recommends distortion due to supersaturation. This improves the saturation level of the tape by approximately 4 dB at 9 kHz.
Also equipped with conventional Dolby NR / B type.
It is equipped with a linear electronic counter that also employs a subtraction function, and it is possible to display minus before 0 reset as a base point.
It is equipped with a peak hold meter that holds the maximum value for approximately four seconds and a double indication type peak program meter that simultaneously displays the signal level for each moment.
A 100 mm long slide volume is used for the recording volume.
A DC servo motor with excellent rotational accuracy and stability is used for the capstan drive motor, and a dedicated high torque motor is used for reel drive.
Deadening treatment is applied to the flywheel of the capstan to prevent resonance.
The S & F head with an S & F head that has high saturation magnetic flux density of Sendust alloy and high frequency characteristics of ferrite.
A magne-focus 4-gap F & F head is used for the erasing head.
Direct coupling between the playback amplifier and the head eliminates the deterioration of sound quality caused by the intervention of the condenser.
All audio circuits are DC amplifier configuration to improve stability in the low frequency range.
The power supply unit uses ± 2 power supply system with FET buffer circuit to prevent mutual interference.
Equipped with a memory stop play function and an autoplay function that automatically starts playback by rewinding to the tape stop.
Equipped with a 4-stage tape selector that can simultaneously select the bias value and equalizer value according to the type of tape.
Equipped with Rec Mute function with auto space.
Continuous recording / alarm clock playback is possible with the separately sold timer.
Equipped with Line/Mic automatic input switching function.
Remote control unit sold separately allows operation from a remote location.
Also, by using the synchronized remote control unit, it is possible to play synchronized with the player and the playback deck.
