Commentary
The portable cassette recorder "Cassette Denske D5" was developed under the theme of "how small and lightweight can be achieved by improving performance."
The frequency servo by variable reluctance type FG directly connected to the capstan and the disk drive system of coreless motor provide strong anti-rolling effect and provide stable driving even in mobile use.
The head uses an F & F head with excellent gap accuracy, high-frequency characteristics, and abrasion resistance.
The motor uses a coreless motor that achieves high torque with low power consumption.
It is equipped with an automatic tape selector corresponding to Duad cassette and JHF cassette.
Equipped with a Dolby NR system that improves the high-frequency dynamic range.
Equipped with peak level indicator by LED.
Equipped with a microphone attenuator.
Equipped with a Sony Limiter that suppresses only the amount of unexpected excessive input.
An MPX filter circuit is built in to cut off the pilot signal of the FM stereo broadcast transmission.
