Commentary
This record player system was announced as a dress-up model of the PS 2300 which was developed with emphasis on basic performance.
Uses a hysteresis synchronous motor with less vibration developed exclusively for the turntable.
The belt is made of highly accurate polyurethane.
Turntable is made of aluminum die-cast.
Oilless metal is used for the bearing part, and lubrication is not required.
It uses a newly developed universal tone arm and comes with a lifter.
IM-type cartridges are used. Since the shell is an international standard, the cartridge can be replaced.
The output code is a low-capacity type with less high-frequency loss.
The dust cover is made of acrylic and detachable. It is also designed with a fleece top.
