Commentary
A CD player developed as the core of audio components.
It is equipped with newly developed pickup which succeeded in miniaturization.
The pickup cap is made of a material that is not easily affected by unnecessary vibration. In addition, the optical block and disk table are arranged separately in a floating structure to reduce vibration from the outside.
The optical block / rotating system and main circuit board are separated and fixed to the chassis, reducing the effect of vibration of the rotating system on audio / digital circuit and eliminating resonance.
Analog circuits are designed to be simple and straight. In addition, a microcomputer for system control is integrated into the display unit to achieve a purer circuit structure.
In addition, by placing the digital, analog and power circuits on a single printed circuit board, we have greatly reduced the need for wiring.
The servo system, digital circuit, D/A converter and other circuits are equipped with LSIs to simplify the processing of digital signals with higher precision and achieve high-fidelity playback.
In addition, the board is fixed in the middle between the top and bottom of the chassis to minimize the effect of magnetic strain. At the same time, we have improved the dynamic range and other characteristics by introducing high-performance parts such as copper foil capacitors for audio, non-magnetic oxygen-free copper heatsinks, power transformers for digital and analog independent power circuits, and oxygen-free copper cable cords.
The output terminal of the CDP-55 is gold-plated.
It is equipped with a music calendar that displays track numbers of up to 20 songs like a calendar.
It is equipped with functions such as RMS of up to 20 songs, shuffle play, auto-space play which automatically adjusts the interval between songs to 3 seconds, repeat function for one song / all songs / between A and B / RMS / shuffle, 2-speed music search and index search.
It is equipped with S terminal for liberty and session control, sync terminal, sub code output terminal and non-linked outlet.
Wireless remote controller with 20 keys is included.
