Commentary

This is a stereo pre-main amplifier developed with the utmost effort to design a circuit that does not produce sound and does not color sound.

The power amplifier section uses a differential amplifier, two power supplies directly connected to all stages, and a pure complimentary service / para-push circuit.
The output stage employs a parallel push circuit that uses highly reliable high-output transistors to drive the speakers even under low impedance loads.

The preamplifier circuit uses a high-voltage low-noise IC developed by Sony's semiconductor engineering team for the equalizer and tone amplifier.
These ICs have improved linearity and distortion factor characteristics by designing differential amplifier circuits and complimentary service circuits.

The volume knob not only adjusts the volume of the main unit, but can also be used as a 4-channel master volume with a simple connection.

The tone control uses the NFB method, which has good characteristics and low distortion. The turnover and roll-off frequencies can be switched between two stages, Treble and Bass.

Equipped with an all-push button input selector that can be selected with one touch and without going through unnecessary input terminals.

Center channel terminal is mounted.

Equipped with a change-over switch that can use 2 pairs of speakers.

Equipped with a front input terminal (AUX2), which is convenient for temporary use of a tuner deck, etc.

Pre-power and power can be connected and disconnected.
