It is equipped with Dolby digital processor using high precision 24 bit DSP.

Equipped with a 32-bit DSP exclusively for sound field processing developed by Sony, you can enjoy various sound fields of new digital cinema sound including virtual theater mode and virtual multi-dimensional mode.
Surround mode by DSP is equipped with all 28 modes.
A dynamic 5-amp system has been adopted for the amplifier section. The same transistor is used for all five channels and the same stage is used. This enables more powerful surround sound reproduction.
Built-in FM stereo / AM tuner.
This tuner is capable of direct tuning by inputting the frequency of the broadcasting station with the numeric buttons, automatic reception by searching for receivable stations, and preset tuning by which up to 30 FM and AM stations can be stored at random.
You can also search for preset stations one after another.
An eccentric insulator is used for the leg part to reduce vibration from the floor.
With a dedicated wireless output jack, the SA-IF70 wireless speaker can be combined as a rear speaker.
Equipped with a base boost button, you can increase the impact of low sound with one touch.
Wireless remote control is included.
This remote control comes with preset remote control codes for AV equipment from Sony and other major companies.
