SP-L100
Commentary

SP-L Series speaker system designed for wide range and low distortion.
It has the same design as SP-L250 and SP-L150, and the unit size is reduced.

A 20.5 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The diaphragm is made of newly developed KM (Kurt Muller) cone paper based on coniferous wood materials to achieve sufficient rigidity and moderate internal loss. In addition, stable operation is achieved by using an up-roll edge, which is a matured type of foamed resin with sufficient internal loss without directionality, and a damper with good permeability and elasticity.
The voice coil uses a super flat ribbon wire and voice coil, and is attached to a reinforcing bobbin made of heat-resistant special reinforcing paper to obtain high accuracy and sufficient strength.
A large ferrite magnet is used for the magnetic circuit, and a copper cap (0.5 mililiters) is attached to the center pole to reduce current distortion caused by voice coil current. In addition, a small hole of 20 φ is made in the center pole to cope with the rise in sound pressure inside the protector at the time of Dainyu force.
Thick die-cast frame is used for the frame.

A 5 cm cone type tweeter is installed in the high range.
Cone paper and a cap are molded into the diaphragm part and impregnated with a special solution to strengthen the rigidity of the cone paper, thereby achieving stable operation and superior high-frequency characteristics.
An 80 φ strontium ferrite magnet is used for the magnetic circuit, and the gap between the inside of the magnet and the center pole is minimized to reduce the distortion rate near the crossover frequency.
A 16 φ lightweight and reinforced voice coil is used for the voice coil, and a 0.125 mmt special reinforced bobbin with heat-resistant treatment is used for the coil bobbin to achieve excellent tracking characteristics.
A die-cast frame is used to eliminate unnecessary resonance.

The network section emphasizes low-distortion design.
A ferrite drum type choke coil with reduced DC resistance by increasing the wire diameter is used for the coil. A large-capacity electrolytic capacitor and a Mylar capacitor are used for the capacitor to improve damping, reduce distortion in a wide range of playback band, and reduce distortion from a small input to a large input.

The enclosure has a three way stop structure with a three layer birch board for the baffle plate, and a higher density particle board for the roof plate, side plate and rear plate.
The duct uses a rectangular folding method.

Equipped with level control.
