SANSUI/JBL EC-20

Commentary

An enclosure designed by Sansui and jointly developed with JBL to maximize the power of JBL's speaker units.

The EC-20 can mount speakers of various diameters from 36 cm to 20 cm.
By using a baffle adapter for each diameter (sold separately) including 36 cm diameter LE14A, you can mount 124A, D10-3 with 30 cm diameter, 25 cm diameter LE10A with 30 cm diameter, and 7 types of speaker units including professional ones. 123 types of speakers can be mounted.

The baffle plate of the enclosure is made of equal thickness birch produced in Northern Europe.
In addition, the baffle plate, top plate and side plate are joined together with a retaining structure. This structure increases the joint area of all the plate surfaces, making it integrated structure with high strength and ideal plate vibration. In addition, Yonematsu and Yellow Yang are used as reinforcement materials to prevent box rumbling.

A designated pipe duct is included to extract the characteristics of the speaker unit and the sound intended by JBL.

There was a net grill as an option sold separately.
