Commentary
A 40 cm cone woofer with higher rigidity while adopting the same mounting dimensions as TL-1601a and TL-1601b.
In the TL-1601c, the yoke of the magnetic circuit, the top plate, and even the frame are integrally molded with the ductile cast method to obtain high rigidity. In addition, the pole piece has a special shape to obtain the symmetry of the magnetic flux and is fixed securely with bolts.
By adopting an Alnico magnet for the magnetic circuit and making it an inner magnetic type, the second harmonic distortion is suppressed and sufficient magnetism prevention performance is ensured.
The vibration system is composed of pulp corn with special aging treatment, cloth edge with high age stability, and damper with high linearity, and exhibits excellent response even in the case of Oire force.
In addition, the 23 mm long voice coil realizes low-distortion bass even at the time of Chikara Dainyu.
Consideration is given to suppress parasitic resonance such as 9-piece division of alnico magnet and drilling of holes in voice coil bobbin.
