Commentary
Based on the FM part of the F-8800X, this FM stereo tuner has been polished with performance and functions suitable for FM dedicated machines.
The front-end section uses a four link varicon with a single-double tune configuration and the RF amplifier uses a MOS FET to obtain high sensitivity.
In addition, an air-core coil with less high-frequency loss is used for the coil to improve selectivity and stability.
Three stages of linear phase two element ceramic filters are used in the IF section to improve the delay characteristics and simultaneously improve the contradictory characteristics of selectivity characteristics and distortion factor characteristics.
