Commentary
This mini component is compatible with 4 music sources : MD, 3-CD changer, tape, FM/AM.
Receiver / player part
Equipped with A. S.E.S. (Auto Synchro Editing System) as an easy synchronous recording function, you can comfortably record and edit four patterns : CD-to-MD, CD-to-tape, MD-to-tape, and tape-to-MD.
With this function, you can record automatically while playing programs in any order you like. It also has a Rental A. S.E.S. function that allows you to record only the first track of three CDs continuously.
Equipped with sound morphing function.
With this function, you can change the sound quality and sound field by simply turning the jog dial according to your preference or music. You can control four modes : sound (preset), equalizer, zoom surround, and P. Bass. You can set your favorite sound quality from 8,360 combinations.
In addition, the sound changes with jogging on a large display.
The CD changer allows you to replace two other discs even during playback.
It is also equipped with random play and 32-track step program play functions.
The MD deck is equipped with functions such as 25-track step program play and 2 x longer monaural recording.
Equipped with MD editing function by jog dial, basic MD functions such as move / divide / erase / all erase / program move are performed by jog dial, and easy MD editing is realized.
In addition, it employs two name functions that allow you to easily enter and store names. You can set up to 100 characters for each title using katakana, alphabet, numbers and symbols. You can also easily assign names by selecting your favorite title from a pre-prepared name list.
The MD deck is equipped with a sampling rate converter for digital recording such as DAT.
The cassette deck is equipped with Dolby B Type NR as a noise reduction system.
In addition, it is equipped with a music search function of ± 15 songs and an auto tape selector.
Energy saving is achieved by adopting a high-efficiency amplifier in the amplifier section.
Equipped with a timer function, Wake-Up/Rec/Sleep can be selected.
Speaker part
A two way bass reflex speaker is used for the speaker section.
It has a 15 cm cone woofer in the low range and a 5.2 cm cone tweeter in the high range.
