Commentary
A speaker system of B-5 size that allows for free layout.
There was a nickname called Turbo Pro.
A 16 cm cone type woofer using EBD (Electronic Bass Drive) method is mounted in the low range.
In the EBD method, the low frequency range is electrically expanded by the double drive of the main voice coil and the second voice coil, and the low frequency range is approximately twice as large as that of the enclosure.
Carbon graphite cone is used for the diaphragm to suppress split resonance and obtain high power linearity, and φ 100 strontium ferrite magnet is used for the magnetic circuit.
In addition, by adopting urethane roll edge with large internal loss and special fiber damper with high air permeability, responsiveness to small input and reliability at large input are improved.
A 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The network section is designed with low loss and high input resistance.
The enclosure is made of a composite resin with high density, high internal loss and low vibration characteristics, and is designed to be as thick as possible for fast response and tight bass.
