Commentary
Linear 2-way speaker system incorporating vertical twin system.
The newly developed 15 cm linear power unit uses a cone equivalent to that of TAD and a magnet with increased magnetic flux density that has been fully tuned for sound quality by aging treatment.
By using two units of this woofer, a rich low range is realized while taking advantage of the advantage of small diameter.
By matching the aperture size with the woofer, the horn tweeter adopted for the high range has improved the continuity of directional characteristics, energy and topological linkage, etc.
In addition, the high-efficiency rear compression driver developed by taking advantage of the TAD design know-how is used to pursue sound reproduction with excellent response.
The vertical twin unit layout virtually radiates sound from the horn axis, taking advantage of the coaxial speaker and improving the sense of position and presence.
Equipped with 3-position variable attenuator.
