Commentary

A speaker system that pursues sound image realism and adds the concept of Extended Range to achieve higher-dimensional playback of music.

A 32 cm cone type woofer using a unique EBD (Electronic Bass Drive) system is installed in the low range.
The EBD ebd system, two voice coils are used to electrically expand the low-frequency range, making it possible to perform powerful low-frequency playback that breaks the conventional low-frequency limit. In addition, the Linear Drive Magnetic Circuit (LDMC) system is used for the magnetic circuit. By making the magnetic flux density symmetrical in front and pole piece and installing a sub pole, the non-linearity of the driving force is eliminated. This reduces the amplitude distortion factor to 1/2 to 1/3 of the conventional one.
Carbon graphite cone, which is light and strong and has a large internal loss, is used for the diaphragm. This is supported by DRS (Dynamic Response Suspension), which has excellent input follow-up capability.

The mid-range has a 12 cm cone type mid-range.
This unit uses an integrally molded one piece B-alloy diaphragm, and a special adhesive is used to bond the voice coil and diaphragm to minimize transmission loss.

A beryllium ribbon type tweeter with a unique direct drive structure is installed in the high frequency range.
In the ribbon type, high-fidelity reproduction is possible because the lightweight and high-rigidity diaphragm is the driving part, and directivity and energy balance are improved by the new shape horn.

The network section employs a fully orthogonal arrangement of choke coils with separate signal paths, and uses capacitors with low ESR (equivalent series resistance) to achieve low crosstalk and low loss.

The enclosure is designed with a bass reflex.
