A front-operated player with a quartz PLL DC servo motor.
High-torque quartz PLL DC servo hole motor is used for the drive motor.
The motor has a weight of 1.8 kg and an inertial mass of 330kg-cm.2It uses a high-torque brushless DC servo hole motor that drives the turntable at a constant speed within 1/3 rotation. This motor has a high-torque setting of 1.3 kg ・ cm starting characteristics.
The servo mechanism uses a quick-response quartz PLL that controls the phase difference of the rotation of the motor by applying the reference signal of the crystal oscillator. It is a highly reliable system that does not cause rotational speed fluctuations even under a load of 200g or less. In addition, the speed detection mechanism of the motor itself uses an all-around integration system, which is combined with precision machined rotating parts and unique Hall element to realize excellent performance.
The cabinet uses a coaxial suspension.
This system employs a structure in which the motor tone arm is fixed to an underboard and the underboard is spring suspended from an aluminum die-cast cabinet so that it is not affected by sound pressure or vibration from the speakers even during high-power playback.
An electronic auto-return mechanism is used for the return mechanism.
This method is an optical method that uses an LED and phototransistor to detect the return position. Since the return position is detected without contact, the sensitivity of the arm is not impaired and there is no fear of malfunction.
The return action of the arm is driven by a dedicated DC motor, and accurate return action is achieved without applying extra load to the motor.
A gimbal support tone arm is used for the tone arm.
This arm adopts a stability support system in which the pivot of the bearing is stored in the pivot holder and supported by a spring, and realizes an initial motion sensitivity of 7 mg. It is combined with a mass concentration system that reduces the moment of inertia of the arm, and the trackability is greatly improved.
Electronic quick play and quick stop mechanisms are adopted. When the arm moves to the record board, the turntable starts rotating. In addition, record exchange can be done quickly with the electronic brake linked to quick stop.
Equipped with MM type cartridge.
