Commentary
Stereo cassette deck equipped with automatic heading mechanism PMS.
It is equipped with PMS (Pioneer Music Select System) which can locate the beginning of music.
This function detects between songs on the recording tape and automatically starts the song.
Equipped with a Rec Mute switch that allows you to easily create between songs required for PMS operation.
The LED indicator lights up when this lever is pressed, and it is designed to start blinking when the 4-second interval of music, which is necessary for detecting the beginning of the PMS, elapses.
Equipped with a vertical L/R facing type level meter and 5-level peak indicator.
The peak indicator shows peak levels divided into 0, + 2, + 4, + 6, and + 8 dB.
The drive -torque DC servo motor and newly developed twin belt system are adopted for the drive part, and stability is improved by obtaining the rotation of the take-up reel and the rotation of the capstan from separate transmission belts.
The head part uses a ferrite head with excellent high-frequency characteristics.
A 2-power source type equalizer amplifier using FET is used for the amplifier section.
Equipped with automatic switching mechanism of tape for CrO2 position, bias and equalizer can be switched automatically just by attaching the tape for CrO2 position.
Equipped with a memory stop / memory play mechanism.
You can queue and review.
Mix recording of line and microphone is possible.
The noise reduction system uses the newly developed Dolby System IC.
A direct change type lever is used for the operation part.
Equipped with an output volume.
Adopts a timer standby mechanism capable of recording absence.
