Stereo cassette deck with cassette upright hold system.

The flat belt drives a high-torque DC-motor with a built-in generator, a precisely finished capstan, and well-balanced flywheels with little torque ripple and vibration.

Equipped with a tape selector with built-in automatic switching mechanism for chrome tapes.
When a chrome tape with a sensing hole is attached, the bias equalizer automatically switches to chrome regardless of the position of the tape selector.

A newly designed tape holding mechanism has been adopted to stabilize tape travel.
In addition, a 6-blade reel shaft is used for the reel shaft to suppress play between the reel and the hub and stabilize the tape running.

The head uses a ferrite solid head with excellent magnetic characteristics. Since it is a mirror finished hyperbolic type, the sound jump and level fluctuation due to adhesion of dust are minimized.

Equipped with a standby mechanism that can record absence and play alarm clock by connecting an optional timer.

It uses a direct change mechanism that can switch directly from FF/REW to play without going through stop.

It has a built-in Dolby system that greatly improves tape hissing.
In addition, since the operation indicator lamp is attached, it can be confirmed at a glance.

It is equipped with a memory stop on/off switch. When you turn on the switch to store the start point (000) of the tape counter and rewind after playback / recording, the counter stops at 999.

Equipped with a level meter.

It is equipped with a tape mechanism protection device that prevents the mechanism from differentiating if the tape is not set correctly.

Equipped with a back illumination lamp with a tape end marker line that shows the remaining amount of tape at a glance.

Adopts a full auto-stop mechanism using a Hall element.
Since it is a non-contact type that detects the tape end with a Hall element, it does not burden the tape or mechanism.
