Graphic equalizer equipped with auto-fader mechanism.
Equipped with an auto-fader, you can freely control mixer techniques such as fade-in and fade-out, which are used by professional mixers.
Two patterns, Low and High, can be selected as the timing for crossing the source.
In addition, there is also a FAST switch that can be crossed in a short period of time so that it can be used in both low and high positions.
(The FAST switch is a non-locking type, so you must press and hold it until the operation is complete.)
The graphic equalizer section is divided into 17 sections in 2/3 octave steps from 16 Hz to 25 kHz.
± 12 db and ± 6 db equalization variable range selector, equalizer ON/PASS switches for both source and tape systems, lineout selector for output monitoring, and other useful functions for sound field correction.
It is also equipped with a characteristic inversion function that allows you to apply the inverse characteristics of the equalizer that you set with the touch of a button. This function allows you to correct the frequency characteristics of the player's cartridge and cut tape hiss.
A newly developed equalizer circuit consisting of two stages of amplifiers and four transistors per element is used.
A high-performance IC is used for the amplifier and an ultra-low-noise transistor is used for each transistor to realize a low distortion factor.
Buffer amplifiers are placed in place and volume switches are inserted into low impedance circuits to maintain low crosstalk.
