Commentary
AV amplifier equipped with component video terminal and FM/AM tuner.
Built-in DTS and Dolby Digital decoders enable multi-channel sound for standard DVD-Video audio.
Equipped with newly developed expanded theater mode.
This mode is a new sound field mode which condensed the essence of the 5D theater mode adopted in the high-grade equipment. As with the 5D theater mode, it is possible to play the surround sound with 5.1 channel multi-speaker even with 2 channel based Dolby surround sound used for rental video, TV broadcasting and games.
In addition, 5.1 ch based software such as Dolby Digital provides a more stereoscopic surround sound field.
In addition to the 5.1 ch direct input terminal and the 5 ch power amplifier section of the same design, all of the 5 ch are equipped with banana plug speaker terminals, so that it is compatible with multi-channel audio formats such as DVD audio.
Pioneer Hybrid Amplification (PHA), an amplifier with a unique hybrid structure, is used as the power element.
This device has a built-in temperature compensation circuit that controls the bias current according to the temperature change of the transistor, suppressing the generation of distortion and making it possible to reproduce clearer sound image.
It is equipped with a component video terminal that separates and transmits video signals into brightness and color difference.
Built-in FM/AM tuner.
It is equipped with functions such as auto-tuning and presets for up to 30 FM/AM stations.
It has a simple front design with a ceiling panel.
A 4-stage FL dimmer display is used for the display part.
AV preset learning remote controller is included.
