Commentary
A stereo receiver in which all circuits except RF circuits are made into transistors.
Mesa transistor 2SD47 is used for the amplifier in SEPP-OTL system.
A special heat-sensitive resistor (Posistor) is inserted in series to the power supply circuit of the excitation stage as a transistor protection circuit.
In the event of an error such as short-circuiting the speaker terminal, this sensor detects the heat generated by the power transistor immediately and controls the input to the final stage.
Four New Vistas (6CW4) small vacuum tubes are used for the high-frequency amplification, mixing, and oscillation circuits of the tuner section, and high sensitivity is realized by the adoption of a tuning amplification method using cascode connection and 3-row varicon.
In addition, this part uses a front end pack unitized into one block to enable stable operation.
The IF circuit uses a double-tuned 4-stage amplifier circuit.
It is equipped with a muting circuit to eliminate inter-station noise generated during FM station selection.
This function can be turned ON / OFF as required.
The multi-circuit employs a switching system and an automatic switching mechanism.
This circuit can be switched manually without using the automatic mechanism (FM-AUTO), so that unstable switching, which tends to occur in weak electric power regions, can be prevented.
The indicator lamp lights when an stereo broadcast transmission is received.
The AM tuner section has high-frequency amplification using a 3-row varicon, and has a built-in bar antenna.
Equipped with a tape head terminal with a built-in NAB characteristic equalizer, you can easily play 4-track stereo tapes by connecting to a tape deck (dedicated playback device).
Equipped with a tape monitor switch, tape recording / playback terminal, and DIN standard one touch connection connector terminal.
