Commentary
FM/AM receiver equipped with microphone mixing function.
The front end of the FM tuner section is equipped with an FET and a 3-row varicon to improve the interference rejection characteristics while improving sensitivity.
In addition, a Longs scale with an effective length of 200 mm is used for the dial scale, and the FM scale is a linear scale with equal spacing, making it easier to select stations.
It is also equipped with a signal meter to enable more accurate tuning.
The amplifier section uses a quasi complimentary service SEPP circuit using all-silicon transistors.
The built-in mixing amplifier allows you to mix using a microphone. The mixed signal is always output to the REC jack and can be recorded on tape.
The program source and microphone can be level-controlled independently, and can also be used as a microphone loudspeaker device if the source volume is fully reduced.
The microphone volume also functions as a slide switch, mixing the source and microphone for recording, and setting it to PULL OFF for simultaneous playback.
