Commentary
This pre-main amplifier is based on inherits the concept of A-717 and introduces technologies such as source-direct design and vibration-free and resonance-free design.
Function switches are arranged in the shortest length at the signal input section to prevent adverse effects caused by excessive routing.
Also, by turning the direct switch ON, you can bypass switches and circuits such as balance, tone control circuits, and loudness circuits, thereby preventing sound degradation.
In order to protect from self-vibration and external vibration, a high-rigidity honeycomb chassis and honeycomb heat sink are adopted to minimize vibration and resonance that lead to unnecessary noise and increase sound resolution.
In order to support not only audio but also video sources, a total of nine inputs (audio Line 5 and four video channels) and a video selector are installed.
The video system is equipped with an independent Rec Out, which allows you to listen to audio while recording on a VCR, and also allows you to record audio for a long time.
It is equipped with non-switching circuit TypeII.
In addition to extending the 0 switching distortion range from the non-switching circuit to further extend the bandwidth, thermal distortion caused by the drift of idle current and nonlinear distortion of the output stage are improved.
Equipped with MM/MC equalizer switch that can be used with MC cartridge.
The power plug uses nickel-phosphorus plating to improve electrical conductivity and reduce non-linear distortion, and plug tip is made non-magnetic.
Equipped with a large vise type speaker terminal that can provide a stable power supply without loss.
Oxygen-free copper wires are used for all signal and power cables, and copper-plated screws are used for vibration absorption.
