Commentary
Stereo pre-main amplifier with DAC mounted on A-515V to support digital input.
The digital signal is raised 8 times to 352.8 kHz, and 8 times oversampling is used to reduce unwanted aliasing noise. This makes it possible to use a low-order analog filter with loose characteristics as the final stage analog filter, thereby achieving low-distortion sound quality with less high-frequency phase rotation.
The D/A converter is equipped with a twin linear envelope D/A converter to reduce distortion factor.
In addition, L/R-independent twin configuration realizes separation characteristics with little phase difference.
Furthermore, since it is a glitch less type that does not require a deglitch circuit, it has excellent reproducibility of minute signals.
In addition to the normal analog output, it is equipped with a digital output so that it can be connected to other digital audio equipment without passing through the internal analog circuit.
It is also equipped with an optical transmission distortion correction circuit to reduce pulse width distortion.
Source Direct is installed so as not to lose sound purity.
Non-switching circuit TypeII is used to achieve sound with less distortion.
