Conductor Series 8 3-way floor type speaker system.
The Conductor Series 8 is a selected model of the speaker system researched and developed at the laboratory in Eindhoven, Netherlands. It was developed with Philips advanced technology and high-quality materials.
A twin drive system in which two 20 cm cone type woofers are driven in parallel is adopted for the low range.
In addition, the 13 cm cone type skoker is mounted in the middle area.
The high-frequency band is equipped with an ISOPHASE tweeter based on Philips proprietary technology.
The diaphragm is made of a polyimide film damped by micron glass fiber and printed with a non-inductive ribbon, thereby achieving linear phase characteristics and excellent transient response.
The enclosure uses a 19-mm-thick double-dense H2 chipboard, and the baffle board uses MDF, which is three times the density of a regular chipboard.
