Commentary

A 4 cm compound tweeter unit that adopts a compound structure combining carbon cone and titanium dome.

Carbon cone is used for the cone part, which is hard and light and has a moderate internal loss in pursuit of the ideal cone. It realizes a natural sound with low distortion and good articulation as well as high power and high efficiency.

A super hard titanium diaphragm is used as a radiator for the center dome in the center of the cone.
Titanium has much higher hardness than aluminum and duralumin, and also has excellent resistance against continuous pulsating vibration, greatly improving strain rate and transient characteristics.
In addition, by molding it into a small-diameter dome with a diameter of 25 mm, smooth response in the high-frequency range and wide directional characteristics are realized.
