Commentary
Large 3-way speaker system.
A 30 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The cone uses patented "Non-prescone", which has high rigidity and low Q in order to suppress split vibration within the playback range. It is also shaped to cut the high-frequency range in order to prevent interference with tweeter.
By adopting a high-compliance damper with unique corrugation, transient characteristics are improved.
Two 12 cm cone type skokers are mounted in the middle area.
The shape of this unit allows fo to be as high as 500 Hz, providing optimum characteristics for the mid-range.
Two 5-cm horn type tweeters are installed in the high range.
