Commentary
Delta-olefin A three way speaker system that uses a diaphragm.
A 32 cm cone type woofer using delta olefin cone is mounted in the low range.
By adding corrugation, harmful modes in the piston region, which tend to occur as the diameter increases, are effectively eliminated.
The mid-range is equipped with a 12 cm cone type squaker using delta olefin cone as well as low-range.
The magnetic circuit uses a large φ 90 magnet and a copper cap to achieve high efficiency and low distortion.
A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm uses the magnesium alloy diaphragm developed by Monitor100R. Compared with metal materials such as aluminum and titanium, this diaphragm is lighter and more rigid. Moreover, it has a large internal loss, so that superior characteristics can be obtained.
Each of the mid-range and high-range is equipped with independent level control.
