Commentary
Speaker system using OMF diaphragm.
A 12 cm cone type woofer using OMF (ONKYO Micro Fiber) diaphragm is mounted in the low range.
This diaphragm is made of natural materials. It has a multi-layered structure consisting of non-woven fabric with fibers aligned in a certain direction and multiple layers of fibers aligned in different directions. In addition, both sides of the fiber layer are bound with unsaturated polyester resin and molded to increase the strength. In addition to the low natural vibration characteristic of natural fibers, noise generated from the diaphragm itself is reduced.
We have also adopted a unique S-line edge to reduce loss of music information.
A 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter with neodymium magnet is mounted in the high range.
MDF material is used for the entire surface of the enclosure, and it is a bass reflex design.
The finish is a unique finish by vacuum-pressing a thin cut real wood veneer and applying paint repeatedly and polishing.
