Stereo cassette deck with die-cast mounting and reverse head.

We have developed and installed a diecast-mounted reverse head that inverts the recording / reproducing head and the erasing head in one unit. In addition, bias and azimuth are equalized and adjusted independently in both directions to eliminate electrical / mechanical sound quality factors.
The mounting material uses high hardness precision zinc die-cast with a finish of micron order, and the rotating shaft uses specially processed metal alloy to realize quick and smooth reversing performance.
A symmetrical configuration with capstan / pinch rollers and tape guides on both sides of the head keeps tape running stable.

It uses a quick reverse that quickly detects and reverses the leader tape at the end of the tape with an LED sensor.
The LED sensor detects quickly and accurately, and since it is a green light emission and transmission type, malfunctions caused by colored leader tapes with low transparency can be reduced to almost 0. The LED sensor, combined with the use of a DC motor for reverse, enables reliable reverse operation.

The tape travel section consists of a 3-motor silent mechanism system that employs a DC servo motor for driving the capstan, as well as a high-torque DC motor for reel and reverse / head.
Combined with a computer control system, it realizes excellent running performance and soft touch key operation. Especially when recording is reversed, the accurate muting operation eliminates the electrical click noise that is easily recorded on the tape and achieves quiet reverse.

Sendust, which has excellent magnetic characteristics and abrasion resistance, is used for the gap and core parts of the head. In particular, the core part is equipped with a 2-layer laminated head core to obtain excellent characteristics.

To prevent recording errors, such as recording on both sides of the tape instead of recording on one side, a tab monitor is installed to indicate whether recording on both sides of the tape is possible or not.
The presence or absence of cassette tabs (tabs to prevent erroneous erasure) is detected and displayed on the panel.

Equipped with a Dolby C noise reduction system.

The driving mode can be switched over to 3 stages, the recording mode can be changed to round trip / one way, and the playback mode can be changed to 5 times endless / forward → reverse / one-way.

It is equipped with an auto-search function that continuously repeats 10 seconds playback and fast-forwarding of the intro part of the song.

It is equipped with Auto Space Rec Mute, which automatically creates a 5-second non-recording space without performing any level control during recording, and emits air in a pose.
