Commentary

A CD player equipped with a light-driven D/A converter.

The D/A converter employs a 4 x oversampling digital filter and an optically driven D/A converter.
A general D/A converter generates an analog signal by changing the current supplied from a constant current source in a ladder network according to the digital data. Therefore, the constant current source that is the source of the analog signal must be as pure as possible. The optical drive system pays attention to this point and generates the constant voltage of the constant current source based on the stable voltage obtained from the photovoltaic element to obtain a stable and more accurate analog signal.
Light-driven D/A converters are packaged with special resin materials containing electromagnetic wave absorbers to absorb and attenuate external electromagnetic wave noise and minimize adverse effects on the inside.

In order to protect the pickup system and electronic circuit from external vibration and internal vibration of the motor, etc., the high-rigidity HEXA BALANCE BASE made of special alloy is adopted. This base is a 6-point installation structure of deformed H type, and the chassis frame is built on this solid foundation to realize high-rigidity construction, damping effect and balanced weight distribution.
In addition, two legs are provided on the base near the pickup mechanism to support and vibration-proof the mechanism part mainly. This base is dumped using special rubber with three hemispherical shapes and high internal loss, and vibration-proof effect is enhanced by unequal division.

An isolated floating suspension structure has been adopted in which the mechanical part, which is made of an outsert compound molded product with a large damping effect, is separated from the main body chassis and suspended by a spring and non-resilient rubber.

A special anti-vibration material mixed with mica or resin-based materials is attached to the cover to prevent the cover from sounding and to eliminate interference with mechanical devices and circuits.

The audio amplifier section uses a super servo amplifier, and the circuit after the D/A converter does not use an output capacitor. This reduces the influence of the sound character caused by the coupling capacitor.

In addition to the 20-key music selection mechanism and editing function, a random calendar that allows input in the order of performance and music selection has been adopted to improve operability.

Equipped with two digital outputs.

Equipped with a level variable headphone jack.

Wireless remote control is included.
