Commentary
A pre-main amplifier with a Reserve II power supply that was developed with the basic amplifier in mind with a luxurious circuit design without any compromise.
The circuit structure adopts a push-pull type amplifier circuit for all amplifier stages, a parallel push-pull configuration for the final amplifier stage, and an all-stage independent shunt regulator power supply circuit.
Stage independent 4 power supply and reserve II power supply are used for the power supply.
This is a further development of the reserve power supply. The phase of the power supply output is delayed by 90 degrees to fill the valley of the ripple. This prevents the voltage drop that occurs when a capacitor input power supply attempts to obtain a large output when the capacitor is discharged.
This improves the power supply ripple by approximately 10 dB, enabling low-frequency reproduction without distortion even at high output.
Equipped with an operation switch that can use the pre-part and power part independently.
When the switch is set to "SEPARATED", the input of the power amplifier section and the output of the preamplifier section are separated, so that they can be used independently.
The input level of the power amplifier section is adjustable independently on the left and right.
The accessory circuit is omitted as much as possible, and there is no tone control circuit.
