Commentary
MP type cartridge.
MP-10J is a cartridge stand-alone model and MP-10HJ is a head shell attached model.
Samarium-cobalt magnet is used for the magnet, which realizes high output as well as high efficiency of magnetic circuit.
Super Permalloy is used for the shield case, and high SN ratio is secured by improving the magnetic shield.
Uses pole pieces that are approximately 15% thinner than conventional ones.
Using a cylinder made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (carbon ABS), this cylinder is approximately three times stronger than conventional cylinder materials, thereby suppressing unwanted resonance.
The terminal pins are gold-plated.
Magnesium alloy is used for the head shell.
