Commentary

A speaker system based on the DS-73D and equipped with an anti-magnetic design and AV equalizer.

It is equipped with a 32 cm cone type woofer that uses Polycraft honeycomb cone for the low range.
This diaphragm realizes an excellent specific elastic modulus of about four times that of paper by joining a craft honeycomb core using a honeycomb structure which is used for artificial satellites as an excellent rigidity and a skin material impregnated with a special resin with a polyamide adhesive. The internal loss is also 20% higher than that of paper by considering the resin.

A 10 cm cone type squaker using CEP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) cone is mounted in the middle area.
The CEP cone is reinforced by adding highly rigid carbon fiber to polypropylene, which has a large internal loss, and molded by our original molding technology to achieve high-density medium - and high-range regeneration.
In addition, the center cap uses ω - titanium, and the edge has a tangential shape to greatly improve the high-frequency characteristics.

A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm has a D. U. D structure in which a diaphragm and a voice coil bobbin are integrated to enhance high-speed response. This structure realizes excellent characteristics such as wide bandwidth, reduced transmission loss, high-frequency attenuation characteristics, good linearity, and input resistance.
In addition, the material uses ω - titanium, which is a titanium diaphragm that is surface hardened in a special atmosphere.

In order to cope with the leakage of magnetic flux from the speakers, which adversely affects the screen of CRT TVs, the magnetic flow is analyzed by a computer, and a full-scale anti-magnetic design is implemented by installing an anti-magnetic magnet in the magnetic circuit. In addition, consideration is given to the adverse effect of TV magnetism on the network circuit of the speakers, and consideration is also given to the position and direction of the coil of the network.

In addition to normal HiFi playback, it is equipped with an AV sound quality correction function (AV equalizer) to reproduce visual software with optimum sound quality. It can be switched between 3 positions according to the source.

A level control is provided for the high-frequency band.

The enclosure has a sealed structure.
