A speaker system that reduces distortion by adopting a low-distortion magnetic circuit.

The newly developed low-distortion magnetic circuit is used for the magnetic circuit of Woofer and midrange.
Drive system distortion, which is non-linear distortion generated from the speaker, is caused by non-linear magnetic characteristics of magnetic material near the voice coil and non-uniform magnetic flux distribution in the gap where the voice coil is placed.
In order to reduce this problem, the low-distortion magnetic circuit uses a special magnetic alloy material with excellent linearity of magnetization characteristics, which is produced by the metallurgical optical approach, in the vicinity of the magnetic pole gap. This reduces the non-linear distortion of the drive system generated from the magnetic circuit to less than 1/10 (-20dB) compared to conventional speakers.

A 30 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
By placing an effective corrugation on the cone paper and examining the material, molding method, additives, etc. from all angles, distortion due to split vibration, etc. is reduced.
In addition, a die-cast frame is used for the frame.

The mid-range is equipped with a 10 cm cone type squaker.
The edge of this unit is made of polyester resin film, which had been considered difficult to put into practical use until then. Special damping treatment is applied to control the characteristics. In addition, this edge has excellent linearity in minute amplitude, and suppresses the generation of distortion by preventing the rolling and torsional vibration of the cone.
Die-cast frame is used for the frame.

A 3-cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics) composite material is used for the diaphragm. Since this material is light and has high rigidity, the piston vibration range is extended and divided vibration is reduced. Moreover, since natural vibration is difficult to occur, high-end characteristics are also flat.

Level control is provided for the middle and high frequencies.

The cabinet adopts a distributed resonance type, and vibration is suppressed by a strong joint structure and a special distributed reinforcing bar, and box ringing phenomenon is suppressed by dispersing resonance mode.
