Commentary

Speaker system equipped with S-L. C. P. diaphragm.

The diaphragm uses S-LCP (Super-LCP), which is an evolution of LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer).
This diaphragm has higher rigidity than conventional LCP and improves linearity for fine signals.
In the DS 300 v, an S-LCP diaphragm is mounted on both units, and it is made of the same material with equal sound velocity 2 way.

A 16 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.

A 5 cm cone type tweeter is installed in the high range.
This unit uses a large die-cast frame of aluminum hairlines to reduce unnecessary radiation.

A magnetic shielding design using a repulse magnet is adopted to reduce adverse effects on cathode ray tubes and improve magnetic flux density.

The network section incorporates Diatone's traditional technologies, such as a coil made by winding oxygen-free copper wires around laminated orient cores and crimping wiring.

The enclosure uses a rear bass reflex system.
In addition, the two side round baffle, in which both ends of the front baffle are rounded, suppresses the influence of the diffraction effect of sound and improves the orientation.

There was a special speaker stand sold separately.
This stand uses high-density particleboards and a sturdy three layer structure to reduce unwanted resonance.
In addition, the height of the stand is taken into consideration so that the tweeter unit comes to the ear position.
