Commentary
This speaker system uses an edgeless cabinet and is designed for a balanced sound quality from low to high range.
A high compliance type 20 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
A 5 cm cone type tweeter is installed in the high range.
This unit uses a specially molded rubber damper to improve the fo point by applying mechanical braking, reducing the distortion near the crossover and suppressing the surge of impedance to obtain clearer sound quality.
An edgeless cabinet has been adopted for the enclosure, and by eliminating the protruding part of the outer circumference of the front baffle, the directional dip that occurs in the tweeter of the conventional enclosure has been improved.
In addition, the dumped bassreflex method is adopted, and the optimum amount of sound absorbing material is used for the port to prevent the noise from becoming a boomy sound.
