Commentary
This small 2-way speaker system inherits the technology of the Diatone ZX series.
A 16 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The diaphragm is made of lightweight aramid cloth and cone. In order to take advantage of the high strength and moderate internal loss of aromatic polyamide aramid fiber, we have succeeded in reducing the weight of this diaphragm by eliminating the resin needed for molding and adopting a two layer structure.
A 2.5 cm dome-shaped tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm uses a boronized titanium DUD diaphragm, which is made by evaporating and diffusing boron on the surface of titanium in a vacuum furnace. It has the second highest characteristics after pure boron. It is made into a DUD structure that integrates a voice coil and diaphragm to achieve high rigidity.
In addition, low strain is realized by supporting it with special specification silk material tangential edge.
The network section uses carefully selected high-purity parts that minimize transmission loss.
The enclosure uses a bass reflex system.
The input terminal uses a gold-plated terminal that supports banana plugs.
There was a special speaker stand as an option sold separately.
