Commentary

This is a speaker system developed as a new-age 1000 series with the technology developed in the V Series.

A 27 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses an aramid honeycomb cone and a 3-axis woven aramid edge, which is also used in the 2S-3003. The aramid honeycomb diaphragm has excellent characteristics of high strength, excellent vibration damping characteristics, and light weight. In addition, the 3-axis woven aramid edge is a woven fabric with two warp yarns and one weft yarns made of aramid fiber crossed at 60 ° C. It exhibits strength in all directions and improves the linearity of amplitude.
The magnetic circuit uses A. D. M. C. -m (Advanced Magnet Circuit-music). Focusing on the fluctuation of magnetic flux in the magnetic circuit, suppressing AC magnetic flux eliminates the magnetic distortion from the root.

The mid-range features a 6 cm dome mid-range.
B for the diaphragm4Uses C Pure Boron Diaphragm. Pure Boron is an excellent material with high specific elasticity second only to crystal diamond and moderate internal loss. Excellent diaphragm is realized by high-precision molding using Diatone's unique plasma spraying method. In addition, by increasing the diameter, the diaphragm is thicker in the low-frequency direction to increase the bandwidth.
In addition, the diaphragm and voice coil are integrated into a D. U. D structure, and the D. M. (direct mount) frame structure provides solid support.
Equipped with a back chamber to eliminate the exhaust pressure from the woofer.

A 2.3 cm dome-shaped tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm uses a Boron D. U. D dome. Boron with excellent characteristics is molded into a dome shape and the D. U. D structure with excellent transient response and linearity transmits the driving force generated in the voice coil to the diaphragm without loss.
The vibration system is firmly supported by the D. M. structure that integrates the magnetic circuit and frame.

Crimping wiring system with oxygen-free copper sleeve is adopted for the network part.

The enclosure uses a highly rigid distributed resonant structure that utilizes proprietary computer technology such as modal analysis, and a two sided round baffle to prevent degradation of sound quality due to diffraction.
In addition, a real wood material with beautiful sound is used for the upper part of the baffle.
