Monophonic power amplifier which supplied the design
technique which Mark Levinson is proud of, and an acoustic theory.
Every
one super-mass toroidal transformer each of 2,450VA was carried in the
power-source part at positive/negative important point, and also it has adopted
combining 12 39,000-micro F quality capacitors. Energy supplied which exceeds
1,100J by the capacitance for which this presses 1/2 farad is realized.
By generating a 60Hz exact sine wave inside, the very clean power source
which became independent on the voltage amplification stage which affects a tone
quality most was supplied, and the signal amplification which is not influenced
by a variation or noise of an AC power source is realized.
The
very-thick busbar of oxygen free high conductivity copper is adopted as the
supply line of a DC power supply, and the impedance of a power-source part is
reduced.
Moreover, 80A thing maximum output is also made possible by
adopting a busbar also as the product line in a speaker terminal from an output
stage.
In order to make a lot of heat generated from 60 TO-3 power
transistors emit efficiently, the heat-sinking-plane product of the heat sink
was earned to the maximum extent, and the tower configuration case designed so
that the smooth measure against heat could be performed is adopted.
