Commentary
A speaker system with a full-scale anti-magnetic design for AV.
It employs a double magnet shield system in which a magnetic shielding magnet is installed at the rear of the magnetic circuit, thereby eliminating magnetic flux leakage.
By eliminating magnetic flux leakage, the influence of the speaker on the network circuit is reduced.
In the development of each unit, FFT analysis using impulse was introduced in addition to conventional measurement methods to improve response and phase characteristics.
A 20 cm cone type woofer with a strontium ferrite magnet in the magnetic circuit is installed in the low range.
The mid-range uses a 10 cm cone-type squaker with a hybrid structure consisting of a unique CFRP cone with carbon fibers aligned along the acoustic axis and a high-hardness titanium nitride dome. In addition, the response is improved by adopting a tangential edge.
A titanium nitride dome with an integrally molded tangential edge is used for the high frequency band.
The enclosure uses a rear duct and bass reflex system to improve response in the low frequency range.
In addition, the round baffle reduces the diffraction phenomenon at the corner.
A crimping method has been adopted to eliminate soldering from network circuit wiring.
